3.When install the refrigerating system.the cabinet of wiring box and refrigerating system must be touched the ground very well,the wires of ground did not touch gas pipe and water pipe,it will cause people die or injured if the touch of wires is not good.

4.Double screws and scroll compressor have a request to revolve to a directions.Be carefully for the first time to connect the power source to run.May judge by high, low pressure gauge.Right revolving a direction should be a high pressure gauge to point needle clockwise ascension, the low-pressure gauge points needle negative the hour hand direction descend.Otherwise cut off electric current,Please change the two lines of pillar under plastic cabinet switch,Until correct.Piston type compressor is to do reciprocating rotation, and no rotation direction requirements

5.Refrigerating system should be maintenance regular, check the screws and nuts of compressor feet.If the screws and nuts of fan cabinet fits,if not fix,need to screw it very well.if change the spare parts,must do it according to electric safety operating rules.cut off power source and put on a warning card,check the electricity.start to operate when without electricity.

6.When assemble sensors lines.do not touch other lines,this line should cross the plastic pipe only.The joint of long line must be water proof.The lead length should not be exceed 100m.in case of affect the precision of measurement

7.Probe of defrosting sensor should be mounted at a 45 degrees position on the top of evaporator return gas pipe. About 100-200mm from the wall plate of evaporator,platinum with 0.1-0.3mm copper pipe around the sensor,together with 2-3 laps back. Tie well with copper wire and then pack it well with insulation material.

8.The temperature controller parameter setting should according to the request of storing goods,adjust defrosting cycle time, defrosting blank time,defrosting stop temperature,drop water time after defrost according evaporator crystal state.

9.Evaporator with electric defrost must be setted defrosting stop temperature before use,in case of temperature controller breaks or the defrosting time parameter does not work when heat defrost.lead to the temperature of cold room increase and lose property.

10.When the refrigerating system is vacuum state,please do not make the compressor running,in case of motor coil broken or the valves broken.

11.Cold room of medium and low temperature reduce the temperature should be several times,in case of the panels were changed or broken because of big temperature different.

12.Please mark that "Other than the operator should not touch" after installations.wrong operating will lead to accident.
