We can calculate cooling capacity only we get the above information.

Q(Cooling capacity:KW)=Water flow(L/s) x 4.2(water specific Heat Capacity) x Temperature difference (water Inlet - outlet temperature)xK(Air-cooled condenser:1.3/water-cooled condenser:1.1)

One customer want water flow is 10L/min,water inlet temperature is 25C & outlet temperature is 20C.Ask how much compressor?

Answer:
1)Water flow:10L/min = 10L/60s=0.17L/s
2)Temperature difference:25C - 20C = 5C

Q=0.17L/s x 4.2 x 5C x 1.3 = 4.641KW x 1.2% = 5.6KW

Normally we will make 20% bigger cooling capacity than calculation to confirm everything is ok.

So it will need about 4.6KW to 5.6KW cooling capacity compressor. let us check compressor power is 3HP.
